What the warranty covers
Every Ecoven installation is backed by the manufacturer warranty on the profile, the glazing unit and the hardware, plus our own guarantee on the installation work itself.
Typical periods
- PVC and aluminium profiles — 10 years against warping, discolouration and structural failure.
- Insulated glass units — 10 years against loss of seal and internal condensation.
- Hardware and mechanisms — 5 years on hinges, handles and locking points.
- Installation and sealing — 2 years on our own workmanship.
What is not covered
Accidental breakage, damage from building work carried out by others, and normal wear on moving parts that have not been adjusted or lubricated as described in the handover notes.
Making a claim
Send us the address, the date of installation and a photograph of the problem. We will arrange an inspection, and if the claim is covered the repair or replacement is free of charge.
