Phase 01
Pre-Installation Preparation
A successful window installation starts before our team even unloads the truck. To facilitate a smooth and quick workflow, we recommend homeowners take a few simple steps to prepare their living spaces.
Please clear a path to each window and move fragile items, furniture, and decorations at least three feet back. Removing window treatments like blinds, curtains, and sensors is also essential. Rest assured, our team will protect your floors with clean drops cloths and wrap nearby furniture in plastic.
Phase 02
Day-of Arrival & Setup
Upon arrival, our project lead will greet you and conduct a quick initial walkthrough of the work areas. This ensures both parties are aligned on the sequence of windows to be replaced.
Our technicians will then set up designated workspace protection zones, both inside and out. We take immense care of your exterior landscaping, laying down shields over flower beds and patios to keep dust, old glass, and fasteners contained.
Phase 03
Removing the Old Windows
Our crew carefully removes the old window sashes and dissects the frame to minimize disruption to your home’s structural wall. We avoid aggressive demolition methods.
Each old frame is removed section by section, ensuring the surrounding drywall, plaster, and exterior siding remain completely intact. The old window materials are safely carried directly to our transport trucks for environmentally conscious disposal and recycling.

Phase 04
Installing the New Windows
Once the opening is prepped and cleaned, we place the new premium ecoven window. Extreme care is taken to shim, level, and anchor the sash so the operations of the window feel light and buttery smooth.
We then apply specialized low-expansion polyurethane foam around the perimeter. This creates an airtight, highly thermodynamic seal that prevents moisture infiltration and completely eliminates cold drafts, maximizing your energy savings.
Phase 05
Finishing Touches & Cleanup
Engineering excellence is nothing without clean aesthetics. In this phase, we install the interior trim, clean the glass of any factory markings, and apply neat, uniform beads of silicone caulk to all exterior joints.
We then pack up our toolkits, sweep the workspaces, and vacuum up any residual dust. When we say we leave your home cleaner than we found it, we take that promise seriously.
Phase 06
Post-Installation Inspection
We conclude the installation with a final, thorough quality walk. The project lead will show you how to operate your new sashes, test all locks, and demonstrate proper cleaning techniques.
We will hand over your warranty cards, answer any questions you might have about care, and ensure you are absolutely thrilled with your new, quiet, and climate-controlled home.
